Bess: Yes.
Interviewer: You do?

Bess: Oh, probably 90 percent of them.

Back in October 2011 (almost 10 years ago) Larry Elder and Tavis Smiley got into a discussion about many programs Ronald Reagan undertook when he was President that helped the Black community. Tavis said that all the stats Larry cited (that were provable facts) were not true and when he got back to his office later that day or tomorrow he would send Larry the numbers… Well Tavis never sent the data.
